Step 1: Plan & Schedule
We begin with a kickoff call to align on your brand goals. You’ll then book your shoots through our dedicated scheduling system.

• Core: Book from available monthly slots.

• Signature: Priority scheduling within a 10-day advance window.

• Prestige: First choice of any available dates with maximum flexibility. As our top-tier partner, your scheduling needs take precedence, ensuring your shoots happen precisely when you need them.

Step 2: The Shoot & On-Site Approval
We execute the planned shoot. A client representative must be present to provide immediate feedback and final approval on the captured images. This ensures the final deliverables perfectly match your vision.

Step 3: Retouch & Deliver
We professionally retouch your selected images and deliver them via a private, high-resolution gallery.

• Turnaround: Core: 7 days | Signature: 5 days | Prestige: 2-3 days.

3. Your Rights & Licensing, Made Clear

We believe in transparent, fair usage rights.

• Your Commercial License: You receive a 2-year, exclusive, worldwide license for each delivered image, for use on your website, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.

• Automatic Renewal: For the duration of your active subscription, this 2-year license term automatically renews each month, ensuring your rights remain continuous and uninterrupted.

• After Your Subscription Ends: The 2-year license term for each image continues from its original delivery date and does not renew. You retain the right to use the images until each one's individual license expires.

• Our Portfolio Rights: To promote our work, we retain the right to display the images in our portfolio and marketing. We respectfully wait 90 days after your images are delivered before doing so, ensuring you have exclusive first use.

• Extended Licenses: Need usage for national advertising, billboards, or buyouts? We offer simple, upfront pricing for extended licenses—just ask.

4. Investment & Policies

One-Time Onboarding
A ¥70,000 onboarding fee applies to new clients, covering your initial strategy session and portal setup. This fee is waived for clients who commit to an annual subscription.

Cancellation
We require 30 days' written notice to cancel your subscription. The active month will be completed.

Image Archival & Retrieval

• We proactively archive all final delivered image data for a period of 6 months from the date of delivery.

• While we often retain data longer, we cannot guarantee availability beyond this 6-month window.

• Data retrieval requested after the 6-month archival period is subject to a ¥15,000 retrieval and processing fee.

• This retrieval fee is waived for all Prestige-tier clients.
