追加手数料
  • 送料：サイズ・重量・配送先により実費。全て保険付きで発送。店舗受け取り（予約制）は無料。

返品・交換について
  • お客様都合：一点物・オーダーメイドのため、返品・交換不可。
  • 不良品：手作業に伴う個体差は仕様。配送中の破損等は電話またはメールでご連絡ください。商業撮影におけるモデル・商品・撮影場所の品質はお客様の責任。撮影当日の立会い確認を推奨。立会いがない場合、納品物は合格とみなします。
納期目安
  • デジタル：最終注文または撮影日より10〜15営業日
  • 物理作品（プリント・額装）：約6〜8週間
  • 特急：別途ご相談
お支払い方法／期限
  • クレジットカード（Stripeにて即時処理）、銀行振込（注文確定後3日以内）、PayPay、現金（撮影開始前まで）。
  • 商業撮影は予約時に1日分の撮影料金を予約金としてお支払い。全額入金確認後に納品。
価格（すべて税込・日本円）
  • サブスクリプション（Content Flow）：毎月自動更新（Stripe）。次回請求の30日前までの連絡で解約可。オンボーディング料¥70,000（年間契約は免除）。
  • 商業撮影：半日¥70,000〜、1日¥120,000〜（ライセンス別途）。
  • SNS／ブランディング撮影：¥50,000〜。
  • ファインアートポートレート：¥68,500〜（額装付き）。

サブスクリプションの解約・返金

Additional Fees
  • Shipping: Actual cost based on size, weight, and destination. All shipments insured at retail value. Pickup by appointment is free.
  • Licensing: Commercial usage requires a separate license fee based on scope and term. Copyright remains with the provider at all times.
  • Creative Fees: Assessed separately for commercial productions.
  • Expedited Delivery: Where available, delivery within 5 business days at 200% of the shoot or creative fee (whichever is higher).
Return & Exchange Policy
  • Customer-Initiated Returns: Not accepted due to custom, one-of-a-kind nature.
  • Defects: Minor variations reflect handmade process. For damage or defects, contact by phone or email. For commercial shoots, clients are responsible for products/models/locations provided. On-site approval by client or authorized representative is required; if absent, services are deemed accepted.
Delivery Times
  • Digital: 10–15 business days after final order/session
  • Physical artwork: approx. 6–8 weeks
  • Expedited options: on request
Accepted Payment Methods / Payment Period
  • Credit card (processed immediately via Stripe), bank transfer (within 3 days of order), PayPay, cash (before production).
  • Commercial bookings require a non-refundable retainer equal to one full-day rate at booking. Final delivery after full payment.
Prices (JPY, tax included where applicable)
  • Subscriptions (Content Flow): Auto-renew monthly via Stripe until canceled. Cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice before the next billing cycle. Onboarding fee ¥70,000 (waived for annual subscriptions).
  • Commercial Photography: ¥70,000 half day minimum; ¥120,000 full day minimum (licensing billed separately).
  • Headshots & Branding Portraits: from ¥50,000.
  • Fine Art Portraits: from ¥68,500 (framed print included).

Availability

Subscription Cancellation & Refunds
  • Subscriptions auto-renew monthly via Stripe.
